Return and Exchange Eligibility

We want you to love your pieces as much as we do. If, for any reason, you need to return or exchange an item, please note the following eligibility criteria:

  • Returns and exchanges are only accepted on items in their original condition.
  • You must initiate your return or exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Refunds are not offered for change of mind or sale items. 

Return Shipping Costs

Please be aware that we do not cover the costs of return shipping. You are responsible for the return shipping fees. 

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to Hello@houseofbounds.com with the subject line: Return/Exchange Request - [Your Order Number].
  2. In the email, include the following information:
    • Your name and contact information.
    • Your order number.
    • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
    • The reason for the return or exchange.
  3. Our customer support team will respond to your request and provide you with further instructions.

Processing Your Return or Exchange

Once we receive your return or exchange request and it meets our eligibility criteria, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s). Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged.

Upon receiving the returned item(s) and inspecting them for their original condition, we will process your request promptly. If you are eligible for a store credit, it will be issued to you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at Hello@houseofbounds.com, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
